Medanta Flipbook

Medanta has a very high footfall of walk in customers. Even with the presence of admission assistants, it is difficult to explain to entering or exiting patients the rules of the hospital facility. We were tasked to create a simple tool that could help resolve this.

Our solution was a simple device- a free standing flipbook which could either be used by a hospital representative, or browsed by customers themselves to understand the Medanta experience. We also went a step further to make it in English Language on one side, and hindi on the other, to cater to the local audience.

The flipbook had tabs on the side to help visitors move through different sections on their own.
